Distribution of Dipsacaster borealis in British Columbia in British Columbia

Introduction


This orange/peach coloured sea star has rays of about 115 m radius (Jax Shells 2010). It has been trawled at depths of 380 m in Alaska during NOAA/NMFS trawl survey. (radius of rays about 115 mm.). In BC, it has been collected in the Queen Charlotte Islands (Haida Gwaii) (GBIF 2010). No additional species information is available.
